Chapter Seventy-One
Master You returned home the next day. Yi Xiaoyu and You Yige packed their things and also took a flight back to City V in the afternoon. Meanwhile, You Hanzhe and Yi Yu stayed behind to enjoy a two-day holiday together.
During those two days, Yi Yu clung to You Hanzhe with passionate abandon, the two utterly intoxicated in their private world. Yi Yu even went so far as to decide the names of their future children in advance.
Upon returning to City V, You Yige’s first act was to move all his belongings back home. Yi Xiaoyu lounged lazily on the sofa, watching television, while You Yige bustled about, cleaning every room with a mop, moving back and forth between the living room and bedroom with remarkable diligence.
Tangyuan lay sprawled on Yi Xiaoyu’s shoulder, chewing on the little beef jerky Yi Xiaoyu had given him. Not having seen his father for several days, Congge followed You Yige’s mop everywhere, even sitting directly on it several times, pleading for his dad to play along.
After finishing his chores, You Yige walked over to Yi Xiaoyu, grabbed his drink from the table and gulped it down. Wiping his mouth, he dropped to his knees on the carpet and clung to Yi Xiaoyu’s leg, wailing, “You promised me we’d try the riding position at home! You said it yourself!”
He fixed Yi Xiaoyu with a look that said, “If you refuse, I’ll kneel here until I die.” Furious and flustered, Yi Xiaoyu’s face turned bright red as he struggled to free his leg, but You Yige seized the opportunity to press him down onto the sofa.
It had been so long since they’d been together; a spark was all it took to ignite an inferno. Yi Xiaoyu had resisted at first, but soon he was clinging to You Yige’s neck, kissing him with wild, explosive passion.
Once You Yige’s desire was awakened, it became a force of nature. Seeing Yi Xiaoyu so eager, a wild, hungry light flashed in his eyes. After a few minutes of fervent kissing, he scooped Yi Xiaoyu into his arms and rushed to the bathroom, where, in the massage tub, he finally got his wish—riding position. Yi Xiaoyu was so overwhelmed he wept for ages, his cries echoing softly.
Yi Xiaoyu’s tears only drove You Yige further, like a motor that couldn’t be stopped. Watching Yi Xiaoyu, dazed and breathless with desire, lips parted in seductive sighs, his urge to dominate surged. He carried Yi Xiaoyu, legs trembling, out of the tub, pressed him against the wall, forcing the drenched and exhausted Yi Xiaoyu to stand with his back to him, and then indulged in every angle and position his imagination allowed.
Whenever You Yige was in this rogue mood, no amount of yelling from Yi Xiaoyu could make him stop.
Afterwards, You Yige was kicked to sleep on the sofa.
But in the middle of the night, he quietly crawled back into bed, hugging his exhausted wife, who was too tired to argue, and drifted off to sleep.
The next morning, You Yige was jolted awake by the urgent ringing of his phone.
It was already past ten—after their late-night escapade, both were dead tired.
Yawning, You Yige let his hand wander slyly over Yi Xiaoyu’s smooth chest while lazily reaching for the phone.
Yi Xiaoyu was awake too, long used to You Yige’s lewd antics, and ignored the hand on his chest. Instead, he asked sleepily, “Who’s calling?”
You Yige glanced at the screen and answered, “Xiao Zhou.”
Yi Xiaoyu suddenly remembered Xiao Zhou mentioning his engagement recently, and figured he was probably calling to invite them over.
As Yi Xiaoyu pondered this, You Yige suddenly sat up in bed, his face registering shock. “Wh—what? Xiao You... he had a car accident?”
Yi Xiaoyu shot upright, disbelief written across his face as he stared at You Yige’s phone, barely catching the sound of Xiao Zhou’s anguished sobs from the other end.
Lost for words, You Yige handed over the phone. Yi Xiaoyu grabbed it urgently. “Xiao Zhou, you must stay calm. We’ll come see you and Xiao You today. I believe Xiao You will pull through…”
“Xiao You is already gone.” Xiao Zhou’s despair-laden cry pierced the air. “Brother Xiao, Xiao You… he’s gone… What should I do? Brother Xiao, without Xiao You, I don’t want to live anymore… He’s gone, what’s the point in me going on?”
(Ha-ge: If I don’t finish this month, will you curse me as a liar and beat me up? Wuwuwu… My saucepan shield is ready for protection.)
